This year’s Pride Ball is going intergalactic! Showcasing New Jersey talent from the Houses of Oldnavy, Ferragamo, Telfar, Playboy, Juicy, Armani, Dior, Vintage, and more.
The ball will feature, the LEGENDARY DJ IGNITE 007 as the MASTER OF SOUND, and Havoc 007, the MASTER OF CEREMONIES, and HALL OF FAME VOICE OF NJ.
This year, all categories are OPEN TO ALL! Simply put together a look for any of the categories below, paying close attention to the prompts! If you are are brand new to ballroom, we recommend these three categories:
🌟 TWERK OFF – Just bring it wearing something that shines like the stars in the sky.
🌟 Best Dress Spectator – No requirements. Just BRING IT.
🌟Virgin Vogue – This is for those who are new to voguing.
Remaining categories for the night:
🌟 COM vs COM – Tonight, showcase your skill on the mic using the word PLANETARIUM to create a chant that’s out of this world.
🌟 Hair AFFAIR – We want you to show off the current SOLAR SYSTEM. Bring us a hairstyle that will send us into orbit.
🌟 TAG TEAM RUNWAY-MINI GRAND #1 (Legend/Icon with an Understudy) – Tonight, we want you and your partner to create a cohesive look that displays the BIG and LITTLE DIPPER.
🌟 FACE – Bring us a look inspired by the brightest star in the night sky.
🌟 REALNESS – The BIG BANG THEORY – Bring us a poster board that explains in your terms the BIG BANG THEORY. Incorrect answers will cause for you to be chopped.
🌟 URBAN STREET WEAR-MINI GRAND #2 (Exploration of MARS) – Your look must remind us of the men that explored MARS. The sky is the limit with your look, however, you must look like you’re on your way to explore the RED PLANET.
🌟 Mater of my Element – Bring it in an all-silver concealed look, and show us your #1 element.
🌟 PERFORMANCE- GRAND PRIZE (Zodiac Attack) – Tonight, you have to bring it in a look that matches up with the element associated with your ZODIAC SIGN. (i.e., EARTH, WIND, FIRE, and AIR.) ALL matching signs will battle down until one sign is left. May the best performer reign supreme.

Drinks and food will be available for purchase. Community partners will be on-site to share information with the LGBTQIA+ community. STI and HIV tests and COVID vaccinations will be available, courtesy of NJCRI.
Parking is available next to the Museum for a $10 fee, with entrances located on Washington Street and Central Avenue.
