Enjoy musical performances by Bash the Trash, get up close with live animals, and jump into our many other offerings. There’ll be artmaking activities, interactive tours, storytelling, and special planetarium shows.
Don’t forget to explore Dynamic Earth and Endangered!, our immersive experiences of different natural environments, and check out stations by our friends at Ironbound Community Corporation, Windows of Understanding, Aerofarms and STEAM Urban.
Grab something tasty at one of the food trucks, available outside the South Wing entrance.

Planetarium Shows
The Zula Patrol 2: Down to Earth (recommended for families with kids ages 5 and up; duration 25 minutes)
The Zula Patrol finds that someone has been traveling back to Earth’s prehistoric past to dump toxic trash! On their mission, the Zula Patrollers learn all about the formation and development of Earth but must find and catch the culprit before it’s too late!
SkyQuest (recommended for families with kids ages 7 and up; duration 25 minutes)
Come along with a young astronomer on her personal quest to find a special place in the night sky. She shares her telescope views of the Moon and planets and points out stars and constellations.
