June Family Saturdays

Enjoy a day of fun activities for the whole family at The Newark Museum of Art.

Timeline of Activities 

10am-5pm – MakerSPACE (for kids of all ages)
Mezzanine Level, South Wing

A fun interactive area where kids play, tinker, and create.

11-11:30am – Zula Patrol 2: Down to Earth Planetarium Show (for kids ages 5 and up)
Duration: 25 minutes

12-12:45pm – Creative Play: Here Comes the Light! (for kids ages 3-5)
Court & Galleries, Main Building
It is time for fun in the sun! Activities will include sun prints and scratch lite. The program begins promptly at Noon. 

1-4pm – Family Drop-In: Summertime Fun (for kids ages 5-10)
Join us for some fun summertime activities, including making sun catchers and summer lanterns with twinkling lights.

2:00-2:30pm – Zula Patrol 2: Down to Earth Planetarium Show (for kids ages 5 and up) Duration: 25 minutes

3:00-3:30pm – SkyQuest Planetarium Show (for kids ages 5 and up) Duration: 25 minutes
