Rest Fest

Join us on the last day of North 2 Shore ‑ Newark! Rest Fest emerges as a much‑needed pause away from the city’s hustle and bustle.

Attendees will journey through guided meditation, restorative yoga, breath work, stress-reduction strategies, aromatherapy, sound baths, and holistic health practices that promise to align body, mind, and spirit.

This free event is open to all ages and abilities and will culminate in a high-vibrational dance party where participants are invited to release their stress, move their bodies and revel in the spirit of fun and community.
