Book a Summer Field Trip

The information submitted on this reservation is accurate to the best of the individual. If the dates, programs or accommodations are not available, new options will be provided via an email. After the reservation is processed an invoice will be submitted via email. This will confirm the field trip to the Newark Museum of Art.

If cancelling a reservation, The Newark Museum requires all group cancellations to be completed in writing via email. Should your group cancel or reschedule a trip without penalty, you must email 30 days before a scheduled trip to: schoolgroupreservations@newarkmuseumart.org

Any group that cancels within 30 days of the scheduled trip date will incur a cancellation fee as detailed below:

Cancelling or rescheduling within 30 days of a scheduled visit will be charged 50% of the total bill.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 15 days up to a scheduled visit will be charged the FULL amount invoiced.

Groups who do not show up for their reserved programs will be charged the FULL Amount Invoiced.

All fees are due before or on the day of your scheduled trip to ensure a quick transition. The museum accepts school purchase orders, school check or credit card via in-person or online via a secure link and password. All checks must be made out to the Newark Museum Association. There are no refunds. Overpayments of $100 or more will be treated as a credit applied toward a future school visit to the Newark Museum of Art.
