Explorers Fund

Since 1995, community heroes like you have supported the Explorers Program, an award‑winning college, career, and life readiness program.

Through this three-year immersive mentoring and work-study program, Newark-area high school students build essential skills through a curriculum that draws upon the Museum’s unique collections, resources, and professional staff. Your donation today will allow high school students from diverse backgrounds to discover their passions in the arts and sciences and begin their careers in STEAM professions.

More than the program’s national awards and its proud 100% college acceptance rate for graduating seniors, it is the personal journeys of our Explorers that are the true measure of our impact. We are honored to witness their personal growth and the ways they enrich our galleries and new virtual communities with their passion and purpose.
