Leaving a Legacy with The Newark Museum of Art

The Newark Museum of Art partners with donors like you to build a lasting legacy for you and your loved ones. We owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to visitors and supporters who have made bequests and planned gifts to the Museum since its founding in 1909. These generosities make it possible for us to care for our collections and deliver educational programs to growing and diverse audiences far into the future.

"The act of giving is personal and I feel a connection to the Newark Museum and its people. I made a planned gift because the Museum is dear to my heart and I want my legacy to include a commitment to its future."

Create a Charitable Gift Annuity (CGA) for The Newark Museum of Art

Staff of The Newark Museum of Art welcome the opportunity to aid you in the creation of a planned gift to suit your specific philanthropic and financial interests. The Newark Museum of Art proudly partners with the Community Foundation of New Jersey on the creation and stewardship of CGAs where the Museum is a listed beneficiary. CGAs are administered by the National Charitable Giving program of Wells Fargo, the investment partner of CFNJ.

As a donor to the Museum at any level, you are also able to request a call or meeting with the knowledgeable staff of CFNJ at any time to learn more about making an annual gift or gift through CFNJ to the Museum. Any questions about your CGA and the payment process may be directed to the Museum or to CFNJ.
