Stephanie Lyles

Deputy Director, People, Culture, and Operations

Stephanie Lyles serves as the Deputy Director of People, Culture, and Operations leading the Museum’s People and Culture strategies including Diversity, Equity, Access, and Inclusion initiatives. Stephanie also oversees the Museum’s Operations including Facilities, Security, and Technology Services and she plays a critical role in supporting and engaging our greatest asset–our wonderful and hard-working employees.

Stephanie is an accomplished senior executive with expertise in Talent Management, Employee Relations, Culture Transformation, Board Relations and Operations and is dedicated to developing and executing people strategies to strengthen organizational culture and increase impact. She has extensive experience in both the non-profit and for-profit worlds, most recently serving as chief administrative officer and interim general manager at Alcoholic Anonymous World Services, Inc. in New York City and previously, as a senior HR leader at Cox’s global automotive business.
