Timeline of Activities 

Activities include: 

  • Family Drop-in & Science Drop-in Activities: Thursday through Saturday at 12 – 5pm
  • Imagination Station Pop-Up in the Welcome Center: Thursday through Saturday at 12 – 5pm
  • Planetarium Shows: Thursday through Sunday at 1:30pm, 2:30pm, and 3:30pm

Activity Schedule:

August 1-3

  • Family Drop-in: Multiples & Monoprints!
    Let’s create a monoprint using a collagraph technique & simple materials!
  • Science Drop-in: Mini Gardens
    Design a wildflower garden and watch it grow over the summer!

August 8-10

  • Family Drop-in: Under the Sea!
    Fish & Coral abound, let’s take a deep dive into the ocean and design a 3D diorama!
  • Science Drop-in: Cubelet Challenge
    Robotics in a snap! Learn about robots as you piece together different components to make your own creation!

August 15-17

  • Family Drop-in: The Sun keeps spinning ’round!
    Join us as we make a swirl of color that keeps on spinning and spinning!
  • Science Drop-in: Fossil Dig
    Search through matrix to discover fossils of animals and plants that lived in New Jersey’s past!
