Creative Play | 12:15 pm

A fun, hands-on program for children ages 2 – 5. Our museum educators lead little learners on small gallery adventures that spark imagination and inspire storytelling, followed by a simple craft that encourages creativity and play.

This February, explore colors, shapes, and textures that tell amazing stories. Inspired by the beautiful handwork on display in the Arts of Global Africa collection. Little learners will enjoy a different project every Saturday.

In honor of Black History Month, celebrate the incredible contributions of artists of African descent from all around the world.

Let’s celebrate artists of color by exploring the materials and techniques they use to create masterpieces. Learn to make your own paper beads. Appropriate for ages 5+

 

Performance Feb 21 | 2 pm

Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Hype Crew team will make a special appearance to showcase fun, high-energy circus arts and performances, previewing The Greatest Show On Earth® coming to town.
