A fun interactive area where kids play, tinker, and create (self-facilitated).
11:30am-12:15pm & 1:30-2:15pm | Chemical Wizardry with Dan “The Science Man”
Appropriate for all ages.
The chemistry of Dan “The Science Man” is entertaining as well as educational. This program is designed to introduce chemistry concepts in a fun-filled style. Learning concepts included chemical reactions, atoms and bonding, and much more.
Demonstrations include:

- Water to Grape Juice
- The Genie in the Bottle
- The Big Bang Sock Cannon

12pm & 2pm | Planetarium Show: Beyond the Sun
Appropriate for ages 6+. | 25 minutes
Journey with Celeste and Moon through the Universe to discover rogue planets, oceanic worlds, and super-Earths in their search for exoplanets.
12-12:45pm | Creative Play: Oobleck
Appropriate for ages 3-5.
Join us for some non-Newtonian fun as we make Oobleck and answer the question: Is it a solid or a liquid?
1pm & 3pm | Planetarium Show: Extreme Planets
Appropriate for ages 10+. | 32 minutes
For centuries, humanity has wondered whether we are alone in the Universe. This show explores what makes a planet “Earth-like” and tours several worlds that just might fit the conditions we’re looking for.
1-4pm | Science Drop-In: Oobleck
Join us for some non-Newtonian fun as we make Oobleck and answer the question: Is it a solid or a liquid?
