Join us for the 114th Annual Meeting of The Newark Museum Association as we reflect on the highlights of the past year, unveil exciting plans for 2024, and honor esteemed Membership Fellows with over 25 years of dedication.

Following the meeting, join us for a special opening reception of our new exhibition, The Story of Newark Fashion: Atelier to Runway, before it opens to the public. This must-see exhibition presents Newark as a center for the fashion industry from the 1950s to today, beginning in the ateliers and classrooms of Wesley Tann and Emily Miles. Both were groundbreaking Black designers and pivotal mentors for the next generation. This rich history sets the stage for the Museum’s survey of nine contemporary designers leading the field.

Secure your spot now and RSVP below for an evening of inspiration, reflection, and the vibrant energy of Newark’s fashion evolution. We look forward to your presence at this special occasion.
